The Boardwalk Towers: Irvine California

The Boardwalk site was purchased in April of 2015, envisioned as the next generation of Southern California office space. Over the course of the design and construction process, the team was dedicated to creating a world-class experience.

Trespa® Meteon® was selected in NW05 Loft Brown and NW06 Montreux Amber to clad the exterior of this 550,000 square-foot facility. The Boardwalk project is a LEED Gold pre-certified, speculative Class-A office development and is comprised of two nine-story towers.

After the completion of the Boardwalk Towers in September of 2017, it has emerged as Orange County's most iconic workplaces due to its cutting edge architectural design and highly functional outdoor space.
