Facades+ Online - Trespa With Quick Ship Panels

Facades+ is a premier conference, bringing together building professionals from around the world. Their trade shows are widely attended, with the focus on the design and performance of the next generation of facades. From new design ideas to learning from top industry professionals, it is a great way to get inspired and learn how to innovate all steps of facade implementation.

This year posed a particular challenge with COVID-19, so they pivoted, making the conference virtual and hosted Facades+ Online.

Quick Ship Panels made an appearance at the Facades+ Online tradeshow June 25th, where we showcased our new concealed fastening system, Unity. This new virtual setup was our first time exhibiting at an online event and gained a lot of attention despite the learning curve for all involved. 

Online Event Setup

The trade show was set up to simulate the common components of a live event, consisting of the main stage, expo, and booths. In order to facilitate meaningful interactions, a breakout room was created where an attendee and booth host could virtually branch out into a private room where they could further ask questions or exchange contact information. This generated the personal aspect you would generally have face to face. 

Attendees 

Facades+ Online had a good turnout with attendees from the following job functions: academic, architect/designer, contractor, developer, engineer, facades consultant, healthcare, and real estate. This allowed Quick Ship Panels to partake in various meaningful conversations throughout the day.

Overall the show was a success and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in new technologies enabling human interaction and product education during these difficult times.
